If you receive the message "Unfortunately we can't ship to your location" during the check out process, then please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the problem.

Parcel Tracking
Goods are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. We generally use Australia Post (regular or express as selected during checkout). Silhouette lights are shipped by courier.
If you need the goods urgently then contact us and we will aim to make the necessary arrangements.
We will email you the parcel tracking details once dispatched. You can track your parcel online or contact us if you have any concerns.

Returns

Return or exchange an item - our 7 day money back guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you'll have the option to receive an in-store credit as your refund or to credit the gift giver's original payment method.

Warranty Policy
Should a customer receive any product which is faulty or dead on arrival, then the customer must contact ChristmasLightStore.com.au within 7 days to organise a replacement.
ChristmasLightStore.com.au offers a standard 6 month warranty on all products.
Where a replacement is no longer available a full refund will be provided.
